Improvements

Subtasks should link back to full rich tasks instead of just being text and a checkbox. You should be able to snooze them to future days (just like normal tasks). You should be able to drag specific sub-tasks into the calendar, and ideally this would add time to both the task and sub-task. You should be able to assign them to other teammates.

You should be able to designate "working hours" vs home so that specified channels can be scheduled during 9-5 and others not. "Empty dishwasher" shouldn't be scheduled during a day in the office, for the example.

Similar to how Windows and office work, display underlines (Windows) or hovering tips (Alt + Key combos) to show what the shortcut is Ex: Windows Installer - N is underlined for Next, B for Back, C for Custom, O for Complete, etc (so I can just press N to continue) Ex: Office 365 - Press Alt and the ribbon displays what letters to press for each menu item, which is great way to learn and memorize the shortcuts

I like that I can change the task in focus mode using the up/down arrow keys. It would be cool to be able to do this with the mouse scroll wheel as well.

Sometimes tasks are delegated or pending a response for a service or someone else (IT / other deprtments etc). To keep track of things that have been delegated or are waiting for a response from other people it would be great to have a section that keeps them all organized.

It would be great to have planning for quarters

We can set custom shortcuts for global actions for things like Add task, Toggle focus bar timer, and Toggle focus bar. However, we cannot use the ⌥ key when customizing these shortcuts. Use Case Using Hyperkey I was going to set my global "Add task" shortcut to ⌃⌥⌘⇧A (i.e., utilizing Hyperkey . I use Superkey to make caps lock function as my Hyperkey) but discovered Sunsama doesn't support the ⌥ (Alt) key. 😔

As a user, I'd like to see my weekly/monthly/yearly objectives displayed in a more prominent and persistent way, to keep me focused. Objectives are great for planning and organizing, but they often get lost in the right panel, as I'm mostly looking at the calendar view instead of objectives. I'd love a top panel (or something) that I could drag and drop my tasks into without switching my right or left panel views.
