Improvements

I'd like to create tasks directly inside a Weekly Objective card. Today a task has to be created elsewhere and then aligned. When a task is created in the card, or aligned to the objective later, it should automatically: go into the Backlog folder linked to that objective (if it's unscheduled), and take the objective's channel (when it has none). That would make an objective a real project hub instead of a label I attach after the fact. Backlog can be opened from the left sidebar as a full view, but Weekly Objectives live only in the narrow right-hand panel or a modal. With many objectives, that panel is cramped. Request: an "Objectives" entry in the left sidebar that opens a full view, like Backlog, with each objective's aligned tasks, plus filtering and sorting. Objective cards list every aligned task, including daily routines, so a card with a few routines turns into a wall of repeats. Subtasks can be collapsed, but recurring tasks in an objective card can't. Request: a toggle, per card or global, to hide or show recurring tasks inside objective cards, the same way subtasks can be shown or hidden. Bug: When I drag a Weekly Objective to a new position in the Objectives panel, the order doesn't hold. Moving one objective intermittently makes others jump to different positions, so I can't keep a stable, manual priority order. This happens with about 30 objectives that run across many weeks. Expected: the order I set by drag and drop persists, including in later weeks the objective extends into. It would be great to have planning for quarters

When hovering or highlighting over a task in the rest of sunsama, I can just press the R key to add an objective. This is intuitive and helps quickly organise tasks and objectives. Whilst the new Backlog 2.0 beta is great, that doesn't work on the new view!

When I'm planning and looking at the list of weekly objectives, having the component tasks visible within each objective gives a 'visual representation of overwhelm'. I'd like to have a setting that hides/shows the tasks that make up each weekly objective in the panel. Maybe this could be the ability to right-click to show or hide them. Or an indicator like we have on task cards on the board, that could be left-clicked to show and hide the tasks within the objective.

Create objectives on a monthly basis, and a ritual for planning and reviewing each month.

Create a place to manage yearly objectives and be able to connect tasks to them

I need to be able to see previous objectives, tasks, integrations on this screen, as in daily planning.
