Improvements

I often receive emails that I want to deal with at some point but not right now. It would be great if you could grab the email and add it directly to backlog. Now I have to grab the email, assign it to a date, then move it to backlog.

As a user, I'd like to be able to not only open my email, but also process and respond to them so that I don't have to leave Sunsama to answer an email. This would save me time, simplify my workflow, and help me use Sunsama even more.

Hi, it would be great if the letter E was to archive an email. G opens the email, E is standard archive shortcut. This will speed up my workflow tremendously. Thank you

The Gmail import function is great! One tweak that would make it even better would be an Import Action that assigns a default Sunsama channel. If I'm in the #all channel when I import something, it is channel-less and might fall through the cracks. For some users, depending on their workflow, it would be helpful to have those items go into a default channel.

The archive icon in the gmail inbox integration is the EXACT SAME icon for the backlog! All this time I thought I was moving emails into my backlog, I was actually archiving them and they never made it onto my daily plan! Please please please change this, it is incredibly confusing! Transaltion does not work on your email clinet which meks it necessary to go back and fort between your client where it is the easy way to move a mail as task but go back for the trasnaltion of the email.

I want to have items with several different labels... But Sunsama is only matching the emails that meet ALL of the labels I choose. I want the ability to add an "Or" to the filter request.

Would like to be able to drag a subtask into Gcal and not have to 1) put the whole task in or 2) have to break the subtask into a separate task. For example if I had a project with A B C D subtasks each taking 30 min, I don't want to have to move the whole 2 hour block onto the calendar, but I will want all of them to be part of the same parent task. I am not sure if this is a feature already, but I certainly hope so.
