I use an app called Daily that prompts you at regular intervals and asks, "What are you currently doing?" I use this to fill out a report that I submit to my work. As a person with ADHD, I often forget to set timers or hit the focus button on my tasks. Daily helps me with this tremendously, especially for 1. keeping me honest about my work. 2) recognizing that I am distracted. 3. Capturing Drag (problems slowing me down, eg, "server is down"). 4) Keeping my sanity when someone asks the dreaded "what have you been working on?" question. This functionality would be an excellent fit for Sunsama, especially with the "actual time" tracking recently introduced, along with the daily highlights. It also asks, "What have you been doing?". When the computer is idle, so when I get back. I can note that. I went to the bathroom and got caught talking to Suzy about the XYZ project at the water cooler, then she asked me to do such and such, oh yeah, I need to command+A that into Sunsama, which took 25 mins. You know the coveted workplace collaboration companies so desperately want to enforce, since we are required to return to the office and be social now that we are no longer allowed to work from home. (I'm not bitter at all.)
