Mobile Apps

Navigating and modifying tasks though keyboard shortcuts is awesome, but the subtle dropshaddow contrasts makes it hard to quickly understand what task you are on. Having a more dramatic contrast of selected task ( Prominent dropshaddow, task background color, outline) would make it easier to understand where I am. Might consider looking at Asana/Trello board views for inspiration. Posted screenshot of Asana for Inspiration.

Option to set which iOS maps app a calendar event's location should be opened in on our mobile app. It currently defaults to Google Maps, but when clicking a location in an event in the google calendar app, you are given a choice.

The task projections feature is great for getting things done without locking every task in place on your calendar. I really like that feature, but it's really unfortunate that I can only use that on a laptop. Especially when tasks involves errands that I need to drive somewhere, I don't really have access to my laptop during those times. I hope task projections is planned for the mobile app.

Notifications of events, daily planning and shutdown.

I am new to Sunsama and one thing that I hoped to be able to do was get rid of all of my different calendars and be able to look at one combined calendar on my phone. Someone asked me if I was free on a certain day, and I couldn't say because I didn't have my laptop with me... It would be nice to be able to switch to a calendar view on the app that is easy to navigate (such as in google calendar, I also believe the desktop version of the calendar view could have optimized navigation). I would prefer not to have to use google calendar and then sunsama on the side, as I usually like to see how many additional tasks I have that week, to estimate if another thing in my calendar would be too much. Also certain features that don't work or simply lag on the mobile app: Changing things in the schedule (lag) After changing things, the next day out of nowhere looks empty (lag) Starting, stopping, finishing a task often doesn't work at all. So if I have a task off of my laptop, it is difficult to keep track of it. In general, please improve the mobile app so that it becomes just as easy as the desktop version. If not even better! For example: having a part where you can start and tick off tasks just like the screen on the desktop is would be great and a switch to calendar view. All this without all the lags would be absolutely amazing.

I miss having the card style layout on mobile and ability to drag and drop tasks. The card style feels more interactive. The current mobile layout feels more like a screenshot of however I have things setup on desktop and I find myself only making changes to my schedule on desktop. Are there plans to add desktop elements to the mobile app that would make it feel more complete? I also miss having the left and right side panel on mobile. The app feels empty without those.

If you have more than one all-day event, it is difficult to see them in the calendar view on mobile app. You can scroll to see them all, but it is a small area. Google calendar allows you to reveal all all-day events so you can more easily see them. It would be great if this was possible in the Sunsama mobile app.
