Show calendar icon on card when task is associated with events

It would be great to quickly see from the Kanban board which tasks have a calendar event associations from either:
- the task was put on the calendar (time boxing/scheduling)
- the task is an action item from a calendar event meeting note(s).
Similar to how we have the Gmail icon for tasks made from Gmail emails.
