Planned being used for actuals

It appears you recently made a change with how actuals are captured when the timer HAS NOT been used.
Current behavior
- Set Planned as 10 minutes.
- Completed task without timer.
- Actuals = 10 minutes.
Old [desired] behavior
- Set Planned as 10 minutes.
- Completed task without timer.
- Actuals = 0 minutes.
This change is for non calendar based tasks.

Hey Jeffrey Glusman, thanks for reaching out! I don't think a change has been made, but this is determined by a single setting. Go to Settings and find the "Count planned time as actual time" setting and disable that if it's turned on!
