I didn't realize there was not offline support until just now, when the whole app is failing to load. I'm a bit nervous about this discovery considering I just paid for an annual sub. Offline mode ASAP please!

I agree with the call for an offline mode - as a traveler, I am particularly dependent on an offline feature. Unfortunately, it wasn't until after the purchase that I couldn't use Sunsama as planned without a stable Internet connection. Please Sunsama team makes it possible! :)

+1 on this. It's the only thing that stops me from fully migrating to Sunsama. It's particularly annoying on things like flights or trains, which are otherwise great blocks of time to sort out your backlog and planning, but is completely impossible in Sunsama if the connection is absolutely perfect. So I have to rely on Todoist, which effectively stops me from ever trying Sunsama's backlog, which otherwise looks like a fantastic piece of a great product, as I simply couldn't rely on it as-is.

+1 on this - I was using Sunsama on the train between Boston and NYC and back- and it was TERRIBLE during low bandwidth moments. Compare this with Todoist where you can pop in and out of the app, online or off, and everything just syncs clean. Sunsama team, I know you can do it! :) I believe in you.

Walter Elly I'm on this exact route right now and it's terrible trying to get sunsama to cooperate with the spotty bandwidth. I love this app, so I hope the team can prioritize an offline mode. They've made such a great product so far!

Wondering if this is something that is being considered/roadmapped yet? Even some basic functionality, such as showing the list from last sync, would be useful, even if it was a read-only state. Having to have a back-up list in case our network goes offline (which it regularly does) or I'm offsite somewhere I can't access wifi (normal in hospital settings here!) is really affecting how effective the app is, and the value it provides in our use case.

Please, please! :) I've been using Sunsama a lot more again and it's such a good tool. But I can't go anywhere without connection breaking or having to log back in. It's really limiting.

just signed up and seeing you can't do offline is massive downside.

MacOS app _has_ to work offline

timer, ticking off tasks does not work unless the computer is connected to the internet? this is a huge downside

I would also love to extend this to tablet which seems to be running something similar.

Just to reiterate, it doesn't need to be a full offline mode. Just a basically functional see list and add a local task until online again. This should not be so hard to do for a simple day planner
