I’d like to suggest a feature to improve the workflow within the Notion integration panel: Switchable Saved Views.
The Problem: Currently, when I am processing tasks (specifically when moving items from my "Backlog 2.0" or other internal lists into Notion) I often need to target different Notion projects. If my current view in the Notion integration panel doesn't display the specific project I need, I have to manually re-configure the filters or search to find the right destination. This creates friction and slows down the drag-and-drop workflow.
The Proposed Solution: It would be incredibly helpful to have "Saved Views" or accessible presets directly within the Notion integration pane (similar to how we can toggle contexts or channels). This would allow users to:
Configure a specific view (e.g., "Project A" or "High Priority"); Save that configuration; Quickly toggle between these saved views depending on where the task needs to go.
The Benefit: This would significantly reduce the time spent fiddling with filters during daily planning and allow for a seamless drag-and-drop experience when distributing tasks across different Notion projects.
