Yes this should be possible! Just open your channel settings, click on a channel, and you can change or assign the context.

It's been awhile since you posted, but I was just browsing threads about channels and saw this! I believe this feature is available now (Manage Channels -> Channel -> Context or for unassigned ones "Assign to context..." under the channel name) ^^
