If an employee tracks time with Jira, Trello etc, he/she needs to track parallel with Sunsama. Integrations only pull tasks, but do not synch the tracked time. It is not very user friendly to double track tasks.

Please synch the tracked time on project level or on task level in two way. From Integration to Sunsama and the other way around.
