The current implementation does not allow you to select the folder you want to use for archiving emails once processed.

For example I use a simple system of email folders for To Plan, In Progress , Processed etc... This request is to help streamline this workflow and prevent the need to perform multiple additional actions which just negates the use of your application as a single place to deal with tasks, email and calendar planning.
