I get very drained by some tasks, activities, and days more than others. I would love a way to be able to "tag" or add an energy cost field to each task ("energy_drain": "low", "medium", "high").
It could help me move tasks around, only engage in high energy tasks if they are higher in priority, or I can spready the energy load to other days.
Maybe there are better ways of doing it, that I can automate myself:
  • Look at calendar, if calendar has events all through out the day, or the hour total count is greater than 3 hours, flag to consider bumping meetings to other days.
  • Create an iOS automation, so when I open the app, I am reminded to consider this, by a notification I have designed
