Add ⌥ (Alt) Support for Global Keyboard Shortcuts

We can set custom shortcuts for global actions for things like Add task, Toggle focus bar timer, and Toggle focus bar.
However, we cannot use the ⌥ key when customizing these shortcuts.

I was going to set my global "Add task" shortcut to ⌃⌥⌘⇧A (i.e., utilizing

. I use Superkey to make caps lock

Another bump on this — about once a year I think about remapping to my hyper key and am disappointed by the notice that "Alt" isn't supported.

Sunsama needs to up their game with Shortcuts. Not supporting ⌥ (Alt|Option) key is such a blocker from being able to adopt Sunsama in the whole system.
