Weekly Update: March 3, 2023

New Features:

"Focus time" and "Out of office" type events from Google Calendar now have a similar look in Sunsama
Google "Focus time" blocks are no longer treated as blocking events when timeboxing your tasks to your calendar (so you can schedule tasks during your focus blocks)
New setting "Reminder to change focus" lets you pick how soon before your next focus session you are notified while in Focus Mode

Improved:

Automated daily planning now gets triggered on tablets as well
The total time indicator at the top of each day's column uses higher contrast colors so it's easier to read

Fixed:

Fixed an issue that could cause the app to refresh unexpectedly when opening a task
Fixed an issue that could cause the wrong meeting notes to appear when sharing meeting notes
All day "Out of office" type events from Google Calendar no longer show as blocking 12am - 11:59pm events in Sunsama
Fixed an issue with Asana projects not showing in the preview and also added support for showing all of a task's Asana projects
Changing the calendar a timeboxed task is assigned to now properly updates the color of the original task
In Focus Mode, keyboard shortcuts for up/down will take you to the next incomplete task
No more prompts to swap focus to a task you are already focused on while in Focus Mode
When dragging a completed task to the calendar, the planned time will be honored instead of defaulted to 30 minutes
