Mike Gitkos: I use Workona but would be interested to know more about how you're using it with Sunsama?

Hi Hamad Tarek. It's pretty smooth sailing for me. I'll drop some bullet points below on my main uses:

Create Workana Sections.

- These are the same as 'Contexts' in Sunsama for me

In a Section, create workspaces. This is where projects lie.

- When I'm working in one workspace, all the tabs are related with that project.

- I also utilize the 'Resource' section of Workana for tabs I need to visit frequently.

Any tabs open on my workspace will be related to the project I'm working on. I can close out of the workspace and pick back up where I left off whenever needed. And from any device since tabs sync if you enable it.

Mike Gitkos: awesome thanks! I’ve yet to use Sunsama contexts and projects but this is a great use case! I also wish Workona had a user forum like this. Quite useful.

Mike Gitkos: thank you! how do you use sunsama and workona together? workona seems to have its own task management system?

Sabrine Elk: My primary use case for Workona was Tab Management and syncing between multiple devices. I stopped using Workona since my previous message though.

Still using Sunsama every day, however!
