Separate Work and Personal tasks better

"Contexts" are now available as a way to better separate work and personal tasks.
Contexts allow you to group a bunch of similar channels together into groups like "work", "school", "personal".
Throughout the day, you can use the side panel to switch between Contexts.
You can also create "Personal" contexts. Tasks and channels in personal contexts will be private to you and those tasks will not count against your daily workload or auto-populate into your daily standup summary.

Would love this! And also to enter an "After Work" or "Before Work" mode so that the lingering tasks from the day don't bother me during off time!

Switch to personal planning
Jen Holmes Curran
As a mom with a job I need to plan both my work day and my home life tasks. To keep those separated it would be nice if I could plan them as separate task lists and switch between them at appropriate times.

I'll be working on this experience in the coming weeks! I'll merge this into the relevant post.

Allow channel nesting
Fuzen Co.
It would be great to nest channels. For instance, I have clients that fall under each business I run. So I organize things by Biz Name > Client Name. In each case biz would be a channel and the sub channel would be the client. This would allow for the sidebar to be more concise rather than having a super long list and having to scroll.

Exclude channels from time-count
Ben R
I would like to be able to exclude some channels from the total task time-counter in Reflect. This is so I can plan breaks, workouts, and fun stuff without it coming out of my 8-10 hours of work per day.

This is a improvement I am personally extremely keen on making for the exact same reason!

all nested/hierachal channels
Brian Cohen
Allow a user to nest or make channel hierarchal. For example, I could have #work/project1 and #work/project2. I can then choose to see each project or all my #work tasks.

I would rather just have nested/hierarchal channels...adding this today for an improvement

Exclude a task from the total hour sum.
Adrian Silenieks
I have task "Shopping list" which is full of subtasks (things that I have to research online and buy). They are not top priority so that task drags along everyday. Everyday I buy something and remove from that list but I also add new things, so it never ends. This list messes up my total hour summary.
I would love to be able exclude this task from total hour count for the day.
